I am a classically educated chef and freelance writer. I have been published for my Culinary works and have enjoyed a varied career thusfar in all things "foodie". I enjoy sharing what pictures I can of things I have prepared, but (thanks to non-disclosure clauses from legal entities far more powerful than myself) my literary efforts will largely go unnoticed here in DA.

. My family background is Irish-American of mixed religious belief. In the old country that would probably lead to a barfight (at best), but here in the 'States it just points at casual conversation.
Though I have relocated several times, I am originally from the Atlanta area. This has given my cooking style heavy influence from Deep South and Cajun/Creole cuisine types. Excellent stuff, that. I do, however, love to learn new things and continue to develop my cooking style.
